Your per-store monthly rate is calculated based on the exact number of active pharmacy locations in your estate. For a single independent pharmacy, the rate is £89/month. As you add more locations, the price per store drops at almost every single step. For example, if you run a group of 12 pharmacies, your rate drops into our 11–20 bracket at £50/month per store (totaling £600/month).

Deltera is built to scale smoothly with your business. When you add a new branch to your estate, our support team will configure it within your centralized Head Office dashboard. If the additional location pushes your group into a new volume bracket—for instance, moving from 5 pharmacies (£70/mo) to 6 pharmacies (£65/mo)—your new lower rate will automatically apply across your locations.

Yes. The Prescribe add-on is completely linear at £65/month per Independent Prescriber seat and is tied to the individual clinician, not a specific branch. If an IP pharmacist works across multiple stores or if there is a change in your clinical team, you can reassign the license to a different pharmacist.

Absolutely. We believe in "Your Pharmacy, Your Brand." The patient-facing booking engine and the Patient Portal are fully white-labelled to match your pharmacy’s branding. Your patients will see your logo and colours, ensuring you build trust and loyalty directly with them.

For large independent multiples, regional pharmacy chains, or corporate estates with more than 60 branches, we provide custom enterprise agreements.
