Service builder redesign, Prescribe formulary controls & onboarding improvements
This release delivers a redesigned service builder experience, formulary management for Prescribe, a new group onboarding form for head office users, and a range of usability improvements across the platform.
What's new
- The service builder has been redesigned across the services list, expanded view, and edit service screens, with a new dedicated options section for pharmacy toggles.
- Head office users can now enable gender-based service warnings per service in the service builder.
- Head office users can now assign formulary items to a Prescribe service, with staff prescription options limited to those assigned formulary items.
- Head office users can now assign formulary items from their group to mandatory Prescribe services.
- New head office users can now complete a web form to create a new group, streamlining the onboarding process.
- Head office users can now view the navigation on mobile.
- Patients can now opt in to WhatsApp communications where this has been enabled.
Improvements
- A patient's age is now displayed in years and months alongside their date of birth during a consultation.
- When creating a new appointment from the end of a pre-screen, the patient's date of birth is now carried over automatically.
- Users can now multi-select services when running the consultation data report.
- Assigned formulary items in the prescription popup can now be collapsed when assigning new ones.
Bug fixes
We've also resolved a number of reported issues in this release.
