Smarter Clinic Setup & Streamlined Bookings
This release gives Head Office teams much deeper control over B2B clinic setup — from autosaved builders to custom posters, reminders, and booking cut-offs — while also smoothing out the booking journey for patients and giving staff faster access to patient history and consultation context.
What's new
- Head office users can now build out a B2B clinic with progress autosaved as they go.
- Head office users can now personalise the text on a clinic poster.
- Head office users can now customise the 24-hour clinic reminder email.
- Head office users can now set a booking cut-off on the clinic edit screen, after which staff no longer see the QR / pre-screen.
- Head office users can now set a clinic type as either corporate or schools.
- Head office users can now edit staff members, including resetting their password.
- Staff can now see the datetime a pre-screen was completed and the status of signatures in the patient consultation form.
- Staff can now click a patient history button to see that patient's history for their branch only.
- Staff can now see an emergency contact field and choose whether to fill it in, as it's optional.
- Staff can now click a print form button in the pharmacy portal dropdown to print patient details, pre-screen answers and consultation questions.
- Patients can now use geolocation to find a pharmacy near them in the pre-screen.
- Patients now receive a brand-specific appointment confirmation email when booking via a service URL (brand-specific client website).
Improvements
- Head office users can now see the display name in the pharmacies table and search by display name.
- Head office users can now see the brand in the pharmacies table and filter by brand.
- When booking a service, if the group only has one pharmacy, patients now skip the postcode and pharmacy selection.
- When booking an appointment, the calendar now skips to the next availability rather than showing current unavailable dates.
- The pre-screen confirmation page now shows the pharmacy display name.
- The choose your pharmacy and time step has been removed for school clinic forms, as these are single-day clinics and don't use pharmacy time slots.
- When a patient selects their gender, the matching preferred gender is now auto-selected in pre-screens.
