What's new

  • Staff and pharmacy users now have a "Patients" section in the navigation, with Patient Records and Patient List pages.
  • Staff can access a new Patient Records page with search, filtering, pagination, an actions "manage" button per row, and pharmacy selection controls.
  • Staff can start a New Appointment or New Walk-In flow directly from the Patient Records and Patient List pages, including searching for a patient to base the details on.
  • The pharmacist portal navigation has been overhauled, with menu items reorganised into new sections.
  • Pharmacists can now select an appointment time by clicking directly on the calendar preview.

Improvements

  • The New Appointment and New Walk-In flows have been redesigned, combining patient and appointment details on a single page and updating the layout to match the new designs.
  • The New Appointment and New Walk-In buttons on the Appointment Dashboard, and creating an appointment from the calendar, now open the new New Appointment and Walk-In layouts.
  • Selecting a date in the calendar now automatically sets the date in the new appointment form.
  • Staff can now clear a cloned patient selection to continue with an empty New Appointment or Walk-In form.
  • The Prescribe option is now greyed out on the New Appointment page for staff without access.
  • Scheduling a new appointment from the Patient List or Patient Records page now deep clones the patient, matching walk-in behaviour.
  • The original Patient Records page has been removed; staff now use the new Patient Records page.
