Patient Records Refinements & Service Booking Controls
This release continues with Patient Records and appointment booking redesign with QR code access, calendar improvements, and pharmacy selection controls, while giving Head Office users finer control over appointment cancellation windows
What's new
- Head office users can now add pharmacy names to the "Download onboarded pharmacies" CSV export.
- Head office users can now configure the appointment cancellation cut-off window per service from the Service Builder.
- Staff can now access individual links and QR codes per service, and print all QR codes from the new Walk-In menu page.
- Users are now shown an updated "what's new" modal.
Improvements
- Staff now have access to pharmacy selection controls from the Patient List and Patient Records pages.
- Staff can now select a date in the calendar to set the date in the new appointment form.
- Pharmacists can now select an appointment time by clicking directly on the calendar preview.
- Staff can now clear a cloned patient selection to continue with an empty New Appointment, and clear the patient selection in the New Walk-In Service page.
- The Prescribe option is now greyed out on the New Appointment page for staff without access.
- The original Patient Records page has been removed; staff now use the new Patient Records page.
Bug fixes
We've also resolved a number of reported issues in this release, including feedback from pharmacist groups on the Patient List page.
