Appointment management, reporting & consultation improvements

This release brings significant improvements to appointment management, new report downloads, and a number of enhancements to the consultation and walk-in experience.

What's new

  • Staff members can now view a QR code for each service directly from the walk-in menu.
  • Staff members can now assign event breaks and limited service to a channel from the calendar page.
  • Staff members can now select a channel when creating a new appointment.
  • Staff members can now manually resend a GP notification from the patient records page, where patient consent has been given.
  • Staff members and patients can now book an appointment over a previously cancelled slot.
  • Head office users can now download a pending appointments report from the report downloads page.
  • Head office users can now download a completed appointments report from the report downloads page.
  • Head office users can now swap the location of an appointment from the appointments page.

Improvements

  • Staff members now see clearer information explaining why a consultation cannot be marked as complete in the appointments dashboard.
  • Staff members are now shown a reminder during a consultation when the patient's GP has no email address on record.
  • Zero values no longer appear on BMI weight report charts, improving readability.

Bug fixes

We've also resolved a number of reported issues in this release.
