Prescribe governance, reporting & workflow improvements
This release focuses on Prescribe, introducing governance controls, improved appointment workflows, and better visibility for head office users managing Prescribe activity.
What's new
- Head office users can now download a usage report for their Prescribe users from their Prescribe Overview
- Head office users can now manage appointment times for Prescribe and walk-ins from the Prescribe Overview.
- Staff members can now view a dedicated governance area for Prescribe services.
- Staff members can now start a new Prescribe appointment using a previous patient record, with the pre-screen pre-filled automatically.
- Staff members can now assign Prescribe appointments and walk-ins to pharmacy channels.
Improvements
- Head office users can now manage governance settings on their Prescribe Service from the Service Builder.
- Staff members can now navigate back to the Platform dashboard from the end of a Prescribe consultation.
- The date a prescription is approved is now included on the Prescription document download.
- When a user is unassigned from a seat, they are now automatically removed from any Prescribe serive they were assigned to.
Bug Fixes
We've also resolved a number of reported issues in this release.
