Reporting expansion, consultation tools & UX improvements
This release brings a significant expansion to report downloads, improved consultation tools including persistent notes and print support, and a range of usability improvements across the platform.
What's new
- Head office users can now download five new reports: Store Appointment Capacity, Appointments Missed/Rescheduled, Appointments Cancelled, Pharmacies Service Mapping, and Staff Service Mapping (we are planning to expand these to consultations and walk-ins in the future!).
- Staff members can now add notes to a consultation that carry forward into future consultations for the same patient.
- Staff members can now save and print a consultation summary upon completing a consultation.
- Staff members can now enter BMI using either stone and pounds or kilograms.
- Staff users can now see which services and treatments are included on a patient's certificate of vaccination when using a multi service.
- Staff users can now search through the booking menu.
Improvements
- Staff users can now filter the appointments dashboard by past and upcoming appointments.
- Staff users can now see a patient's date of birth by hovering over their name in the past patients records.
- Staff users will see the most recent BMI value and BMI report table now display figures to one decimal place.
- Staff users will now see that the "treatment given" button is now labelled "Complete Consultation".
- Head office users can specify more GP information when requesting changes.
- Generally across the platform, navigation has been improved to keep information on the left of the layout in place.
- The "IP Bridge History" page has been renamed from "Rx History" for clarity.
- When patients are completing their prescreen and selecting a pharmacy, they can now expand the list of 3 pharmacies up to 15 pharmacies using a "show more" button.
