Reminder configuration, reporting expansion & booking controls
This release introduces configurable reminder emails, a significant expansion to report downloads, two-factor authentication for staff, and new controls for managing service bookability windows.
What's new
- Head office users can now configure two separate reminder emails per service through the service builder.
- Head office users can now disable GP notification emails per service through the service builder.
- Head office users can now set a bookable from and to date on a service, controlling when appointments can be made, through the service builder.
- Head office users can now download these new reports: Staff Training Report, Store Participation Rate, Active Patients, Active Pharmacies Logon Data, Pre-Screen Drop Out Rates, Store Calendar Blocks/Breaks, Staff PGD Report, Stores with Zero Services, Patient Details with Marketing Consent, and a configurable Staff vs Services tally report.
- Staff members and patients can only book appointments for a service once its bookable from date has been reached, while staff can still view the service in advance.
- Staff members can now set up two-factor authentication using an authenticator app in their account settings.
- Staff members can now rebook an appointment directly from the appointments area.
- Patients who miss an appointment will now automatically receive a rescheduling email after 24 hours, configurable globally from the head office portal.
Improvements
- Dropdown and multiple choice questions now automatically render their available options on both preview and consultation forms
Bug fixes
We've also resolved a number of reported issues in this release.
