Pre-screen redesign and patient portal updates
This release delivers a fully redesigned pre-screen experience with guest and patient portal flows, significant security improvements, and a range of new configuration options for head office users.
What's new
- The pre-screen has been fully redesigned and re-architected, with updated question outputs and a refreshed service search page.
- Patients can now complete a pre-screen as a guest, or log in via the patient portal at the start of the pre-screen to pre-fill their details.
- Patients can now register via the patient portal at the final page of the pre-screen, pre-filling their details for future bookings.
- Patients can now select a location and date before continuing through the pre-screen.
- Head office users can now set a custom redirect at the end of the booking flow per service.
- Head office users can now configure the pre-screen to always continue as guest, hiding patient portal flows entirely.
- Staff members can now see signatures and consents signed by the patient within the consultation and on the consultation download.
- Users who fail to log in five times will now be locked out for ten minutes.

Improvements
- Existing pre-screen pages now redirect to the new flow, maintaining compatibility with existing QR codes.
