Walk-in update and patient portal features
This release delivers a redesigned walk-in flow, BMI tracking in the patient portal, PGD version enforcement for staff, and a range of improvements to the booking experience and exported documents.
What's new
- Patients can now track their past BMI recordings from pharmacy visits in their patient portal account.
- Patients now see a more descriptive pre-pay page before being redirected to Stripe for services that require payment.
- Staff members now triage patient details for a walk in before progress to a prescreen.
- Head office users can now manage a custom favicon for prescreens, replacing the default.
Improvements
- Staff members are no longer asked to sign in or continue as guest in prescreens when creating a new appointment from a past record, and their groups prescreens are not configured to "guest only" mode.
- Patients now select their pharmacy with an in-card button on the prescreen instead of selecting a pharmacy followed by the "continue" button in the form.
- Patients now see all available booking slots, instead of the next one available within 5 minutes.
- Patients can no longer drag or interact with the map in the prescreens, which was trapping mouse cursors and scrolling in the page.
- Mobile UX has been reviewed and improved across the prescreen pages.
