Patient messaging, booking controls & service management improvements
This release introduces direct messaging between patients and their pharmacy via the patient portal, new booking delay and age restriction controls for head office users, and a range of improvements to service and appointment management.
What's new
- Patients can now message their pharmacy directly through the patient portal, with pharmacists able to respond from their end.
- Head office users can now enable or disable patient portal messaging per service.
- Head office users can now set a minimum age requirement for a service, configurable in years and months or months only.
- Head office users can now set a 4 hour booking delay per service in the service builder.
- Head office users can now send a follow-up email to patients after a configurable number of days.
- Head office users now have an improved service list page, with the ability to inline set the service document and staff PGD sign-off date, and view the document title, sign-from date, and expiry date at a glance.
- Head office users can now bulk update PGD assignments to superintendents.
- Staff members can now set a patient's date of birth when booking an appointment on their behalf when creating an appointment.
Improvements
- Editing a consultation after it has been completed now records a timestamp of that previous update.
- Route of administration fields now correctly appear during offsite clinic administration when enabled in the service builder.
Bug fixes
We've also resolved a number of reported issues in this release.
