We have completely re-architected how patients navigate through your service lists and forms to eliminate drop-offs and drive frictionless conversions.
- Availability-First Logic: This is one of our most requested updates. Branch and appointment slot selection have been moved to the absolute start of the booking journey. By ensuring patients can see real-time availability before committing to long medical forms, we expect to significantly lower attrition rates across your estate.
- Secure Slot Reservation: To eliminate the frustration of "double-booking" during data entry, appointment slots are now automatically reserved for 20 minutes while the patient completes their details.
- Frictionless Guest & Portal Integration: We have built a flywheel for patient registration. By default, bookings start as an ultra-fast "Guest Booking" to keep your top-of-funnel conversion as high as possible. However, returning patients can sign in to skip redundant questions entirely. For guest checkouts, a prompt at the end of the journey invites them to save their details and register for a portal account.
- Catch-All Service Search: We have completely replaced the exhaustive, overwhelming service dropdown menus. Patients can now navigate using an intuitive, lightning-fast search-based menu to find the exact care they need.
- Combined Booking Links: You can now group related clinical services together into a single, easy-to-use booking link. For example, you can bundle all your Pharmacy First services under one umbrella link, making it easier for patients to choose the right path.
- Advanced Workflows for Complex Lists: Handling extensive clinical data entry is now completely stress-free. We have introduced elegant new workflows for Travel Itineraries (complete with a map visualisation) and Repeat Medications that allow patients to log unlimited entries without cluttering the screen.
- Enhanced White-Labelling: You have more control over your digital brand than ever before. V2.0 gives you enhanced branding control with fully customisable Favicons and Page Titles, ensuring your pharmacy group's identity remains front and centre.

3. Smarter Pharmacy & Operational Tools
This update doesn’t just improve the front-end patient experience; it actively relieves pressure on your pharmacy counter and improves your business intelligence.
- Contactless Walk-In Support: Managing walk-in clinic patients no longer requires handed-over tablets or shared pharmacy hardware. Patients can now complete pre-screens on their own personal mobile devices via a localised QR code or emailed link. This reduces the need for shared pharmacy hardware and keeps your waiting area moving efficiently.
- Professional Conversion Tracking: For marketing-focused pharmacy groups, we have added custom redirects and dedicated "Thank You" pages. This allows your head office to keep traffic safely anchored on your own website and accurately track marketing ROI.
Preparing Your Estate for Launch
The Bookings & Pre-screens V2.0 engine is rolling out to all partners this month. Because this is a core infrastructure upgrade, the system will update automatically—there is no downtime and no technical implementation required on your end.
What you need to do next:
- Verify Your Central Branding: Head over to your Superintendent Dashboard to ensure your primary pharmacy logo is high-resolution and up to date, as it will look sharper than ever in our new UI.
- Superintendents—Check Your Dashboard: If you are a superintendent, please look out for version 2 of your PGDs, which will be available for signing in your superintendent dashboard over the next week. A separate email will be sent directly to you with more details.
- Brief Your Branch Teams: Remind your counter staff to actively encourage patients to click "Register" at the end of their guest bookings. Doing so ensures their next visit to your pharmacy estate takes less than two minutes.
